Kyle Johnston

After living in Canada, Kentucky, California, and now the Treasure Valley, Kyle brings a wide and diverse perspective to his real estate practice with a deep personal understanding of what it’s like to relocate a family to a new area.

In practice, Kyle brings unique experience to the Elevated team, including founding and growing a nationally recognized marketing and advertising agency in Southern California whose list of notable achievements include running marketing for a well known Eagle, ID company that eventually went public in 2017.

Kyle is a wealth of information when it comes to new construction, buy/sell transactions, real estate development and multi-family investments here in the Valley.

He currently lives in Northwest Boise and when he’s not showing homes or surveying land, you’ll find him on the fairways of Spurwing Country Club with his two boys, or possibly spending precious time with his wife of 13+ years.

Glade Poulsen

Glade Poulsen specializes in new construction, real estate development, real estate syndication, and a variety of commercial and investment projects in several western states.

He is an accomplished single family and multi-family builder, developer, and real estate investor who has worked with a wide variety of small businesses as well as with national home building companies.

In the past few years, Glade has expanded on other interests to become a best–selling author on Amazon. In addition he hosts Why Not You podcasts for burgeoning entrepreneurs.

A product of farm life, Glade strives to convey his dedication to hard work and heart-centered relationships. Faith and fact driven, Glade continues to expand his knowledge and his relationships while he searches for new growth opportunities. His goal is to be approachable, innovative, and coachable as he continues going the extra mile for his clients and investors. 

Paloma Fierro

Jeff Kernaghan

Jeff Kernaghan has always had a love for homes that likely started as a result of helping his mother and father purchase and remodel homes of their own when he was young.
