We knew from the moment we met her, she was the one to sell our house. She is very knowledgeable and really listened to us. We had multiple offers due to her connections and hard work and our house was not even listed and on the market. We never had an open house because her negotiating skills are stellar. To say buying a home is incredibly stressful would be an understatement. But Paloma’s guidance and patience was honestly the best part of the process. Paloma is just great! Super professional, helpful, and smart as a whip when it comes to the in and outs of real estate. I’ve never met a more personable agent, who’s actually GENUINE. There are a LOT of smiling faces in the world of property, but very few who will actually make both the buyer AND seller happy! She bent over backwards walking me though the application and loan process, hooked me up with comps, and made sure my money and I were protected the entire time. She has excellent service and response time, she’s quick to answer questions and offer help, and she knows how to barter a deal! After 34 years in our home, we decided to sell and move out of state. Paloma was professional and personable every step of the way. She was very helpful with staging , even planting flowers in our front yard and placing lovely finishing touches inside and out. The online listing with video was fantastic. Strict procedures for real estate transactions were in place due to COVID. Paloma kept us informed and disinfected our home after each showing. She sold our home within a week and well over asking price. We were thrilled! That wasn’t the end though. She walked us through each phase of closing, recommended movers and even brought us dinner our last night in the house. Paloma is very knowledgeable, organized, has great resources and is a lovely person as well. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience and highly recommend her.

We found Glade to be excellent to work with and the attention to detail was outstanding. We were given the opportunity to make changes to the original house design as well as pick each of the building materials, so the house came out finished just as we wanted it. I have a background in construction and was greatly impressed. We have been very happy with the purchase of our lot and home.

As a real estate professional, we found Glade to be just that, professional. He worked to find us the house of our dreams and was patient as we went through the process of discovering what we did and did not want in an area we were unfamiliar with. He exceeded our expectations. There were little issues that the seller was being difficult about and Glade helped us work through those issues keeping our best interests at the forefront. Of all our previous home buying/building experiences, the one with Glade Poulsen was, by far, the most enjoyable even though much of the construction took place while we were out of state. Glade Kept us informed of every aspect of the construction from the lot grading to the final finishing touches. Glade even sent us pictures of the activity while away and not able to see construction progresses. He also showed uncommon flexibility when it came to making alterations to suit our preferences while still keeping within our budget.
